I have some PDF files I want to add to my DVD, following the directions
I was able to place the DVD files in my TS folder so that when I put the
DVD in a computer I right click the disc icon and can access the PDF
files, and it works! Is there a way to link to the PDF files other than
right clicking on the disc icon to get to the PDF files?
Tom -
I actually hope you both mean the DVD_VOLUME folder
and not EITHER of the TS folders
You can use
DVD@cess (in DVDSP on the Mac ) to iink
to your PDF from the DVD-Video domain, or eDVD from
SONIC if you are authoring on a PC.
If you use it, BE SURE that you name the DVD the SAME
as in the URL you program into the
DV@cess link, AND
be SURE to specify the PATH properly:
MyDVDDisc/ROM/My.PDF.pdf <-- if in a folder
MyDVDDisc/My.PDF.pdf <-- if at root level, not in a folder
DVD_VOLUME FOLDER
|__VIDEO_TS FOLDER - <-- WRONG PLACE
|__AUDIO_TS FOLDER - <-- WRONG PLACE
|__MY PDF.pdf <-- root level - RIGHT PLACE (or...)
|__ROM/MyPDF.pdf <-- in ROM folder - also right place
DVD@cess is SUPPOSED to work on a PC, but results are
a tad unpredictable - on a Mac it's flawless..
HTH!
